Where to Find Amber in Enshrouded and What It Is Used For

Amber is easy to miss in Enshrouded because most deposits sit inside the Shroud, where visibility is not exactly generous. This guide covers where to farm Amber, what Flame Level you should have before going after the best nodes, and the recipes that use it.

Best Amber Farming Locations

Amber deposits appear in multiple parts of Embervale, but the strongest farming route is around the Revelwood Ancient Spire in the far northwestern section of the map. The area around the spire contains several Amber clusters, including the spots marked in the image below.

Look for bright orange mineral patches on walls and pillars. Amber has a smooth texture and a distinct orange color, which helps it stand out once you know what to scan for. The problem is that many of these deposits are inside the Shroud, so do not stroll in unprepared unless losing backpack items sounds like a hobby.

You should raise your Flame Level to at least Level 3 before mining the Shrouded areas around Revelwood Ancient Spire. Below that, the dangerous Shroud can kill you very quickly. If you are running an online world through HolyHosting, remember that multiplayer resource respawns happen over time. In single-player, resources respawn whenever you reload the map.
