5. Client account
5.1. Account creation
To contract certain services, the user must create an account in HolyHosting's client area. The client agrees to provide truthful, current, complete and verifiable information.
HolyHosting may reject registrations, purchases, orders or activations when it detects false, incomplete, suspicious or inconsistent information, or information linked to fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms or operational risks.
5.2. Responsibility for the account
The client is responsible for maintaining the security of their account, password, email, access credentials, payment methods, sub-users and any credential linked to their services.
All activity carried out from the client's account shall be presumed to have been performed or authorized by the account holder, unless HolyHosting determines otherwise after a reasonable internal review.
The client must immediately notify HolyHosting of any suspicion of unauthorized access, compromise of credentials, unusual activity or security incident.
5.3. Credentials and sub-users
Sharing primary access credentials with third parties is prohibited. When HolyHosting offers sub-user functionality, the client may use it to grant limited permissions to developers, technical administrators or authorized persons.
The client is responsible for:
- Assigning appropriate permissions.
- Revoking access when no longer necessary.
- Supervising sub-user activity.
- Being accountable for actions performed by authorized third parties within their account or services.
Improper use of credentials, sub-users or delegated permissions may result in suspension, limitation or cancellation of the account or services.
5.4. Account suspension, limitation or cancellation
HolyHosting reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend, limit or cancel accounts or services when there is, among other reasons:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Non-payment.
- Chargebacks, disputes or payment claims.
- Actual or suspected fraud.
- Abuse of the platform.
- Improper use of infrastructure.
- Illegal or potentially illegal activity.
- Risk to the security, reputation, availability or operational integrity of HolyHosting.
- Legal, regulatory or third-party provider requirements.
- Attempts to circumvent sanctions, technical limits or service restrictions.
Suspension or cancellation may be carried out with or without prior notice, depending on the severity, urgency, technical risk, legal risk or nature of the incident. When circumstances permit, HolyHosting will endeavor to notify the client before applying the measure.
The client may contact support to request a review, without this implying any obligation to reactivate the account, restore services or reverse the measures applied.
6. Infrastructure ownership and nature of the service
By contracting HolyHosting services, the client does not acquire ownership over hardware, infrastructure, IP addresses, nodes, networks, internal licenses, panels, base configurations, virtualization systems or underlying resources.
The client obtains only a limited, temporary, revocable and non-exclusive right to use the contracted service, subject to these Terms, technical limits, usage rules, availability, current payment and applicable policies.
All physical, virtual and technological assets used to provide the services are the property of HolyHosting or its associated providers.
7. Payments, currency and billing
7.1. Billing currency
All charges processed by HolyHosting are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
The website may allow prices to be displayed in other currencies through a currency selector or converter. Such currency conversion is for informational or display purposes only, for the user's convenience, but the final charge is processed in USD.
The client accepts that the final amount reflected by their bank, card, wallet or payment provider may vary due to currency conversion, fees, taxes, bank charges, international rates or policies of the payment method issuer.
7.2. Service activation
Services will be activated only after HolyHosting receives and verifies the corresponding payment.
Verification may be performed automatically or manually. HolyHosting reserves the right to delay, hold, review or reject the activation of services when there are indications of:
- Fraud.
- Suspicious payment.
- Discrepancies in account holder data.
- Risk of chargeback.
- Use of unauthorized payment methods.
- Incomplete or false data.
- Breach of these Terms.
In such cases, HolyHosting may request additional information, internal KYC verification or documentation evidencing the legitimacy of the payment and the identity of the purchaser.
7.3. Taxes, fees and third-party charges
Published prices may not include taxes, fees, surcharges, conversion costs, bank charges or charges applied by payment processors.
During the payment process, applicable taxes may be calculated based on the tax location declared by the client, payment method, third-party provider, jurisdiction or applicable regulations.
The client is responsible for reviewing the final amount before confirming the purchase.
HolyHosting shall not be liable for additional charges applied by banks, card issuers, payment processors, regional providers, currency conversion, local taxes or external platforms.
7.4. Payments via Stripe
When the client pays through Stripe, especially with a credit or debit card, HolyHosting does not store the full card number or the CVV.
Payments through Stripe may create subscriptions or automatic renewals associated with the contracted service. While the subscription or automatic renewal remains active, the system may process recurring charges in accordance with the service's billing cycle.
The client is responsible for canceling the service from the client area if they do not wish to continue with the renewal.
7.5. Payments via PayPal
On PayPal, the client may make one-time payments or, when available, configure a subscription or recurring payment.
If the client configures a subscription on PayPal, they will be responsible for reviewing, managing or canceling it directly from their PayPal account or through the channels enabled by HolyHosting, as applicable.
If HolyHosting receives additional payments for a PayPal subscription that the client did not cancel in time, such funds will be credited as internal balance to the client's account.
The client has the right to request a refund of such balance to their original payment method through a ticket in the client area. Once the request is confirmed, HolyHosting will remove the credit from the client's account and proceed with the refund through PayPal.
7.6. Tebex and regional methods
HolyHosting may use Tebex Checkout as a payment gateway for certain regional methods, specific purchases or payment flows.
When the client is directed to a Tebex gateway, the payment process will be carried out directly through Tebex or its associated interfaces.
Tebex may act, depending on the case, as processor, authorized reseller, payment intermediary or official seller. Purchases made through Tebex may be subject to the terms, conditions, privacy policies, payment policies and support procedures of Tebex.
If a purchase, payment or regional method is processed by Tebex, the client must also accept the applicable Tebex terms. For questions or claims related to payment processing by Tebex, the client must first contact the corresponding Tebex support when applicable.
7.7. Internal balance
The client may have internal balance credited to their HolyHosting account.
The internal balance may be used to contract, renew or pay for services within HolyHosting, subject to system availability.
The internal balance is secured for 365 days from the date it was credited or from the last date of relevant activity associated with the balance, as determined by HolyHosting. Upon the expiration of such period, the balance may expire or be removed, with prior notice to the client at least 30 days in advance.
The internal balance is generally non-refundable and non-transferable. HolyHosting may authorize a balance refund in exceptional cases, such as payments made in error, verifiable mistakes or situations evaluated at HolyHosting's discretion, as well as where the funds correspond to recurring payments received through PayPal subscriptions that were not canceled in time pursuant to section 7.5.
8. Renewals, expirations and non-payment
8.1. Renewals
Contracted services have a billing cycle and a due date visible on the invoice or in the client area.
When an active subscription or automatic renewal is in place, HolyHosting will send the client an email reminder at least 24 hours in advance of the automatic charge, indicating the amount, the scheduled charge date and the associated payment method, as well as instructions for modifying the payment method or canceling the automatic renewal.
The client may disable automatic renewals or cancel the service from the client area at any time before the scheduled charge.
If HolyHosting modifies the price of a recurring service, it will notify the client with reasonable advance notice via email, the client area or another official channel, indicating the new price applicable to future renewals.
8.2. Automatic charge attempts
If an automatic charge fails, the system may make additional attempts in accordance with HolyHosting's internal policies and those of the payment processors. After a maximum of three (3) consecutive failed attempts, the system will stop the automatic charge attempts and the service will be subject to the provisions on suspension and deletion for non-payment set forth in this section.
8.3. Suspension for non-payment
If the corresponding payment is not received by the due date, the service may automatically transition to suspended status.
During suspension, the service may remain inactive, inaccessible or limited, with no possibility of full use, modification or administration.
The active files, configurations and data of the suspended service will be retained for a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days from the due date.
During that period, the client may pay the outstanding invoice and obtain automatic reactivation of the service, provided that no other cause for suspension or cancellation exists.
8.4. Deletion for non-payment
If the corresponding payment is not made within seven (7) days following the due date, the service may be permanently terminated.
Termination entails the deletion of operational access and the service's files, including configurations, worlds, databases, resources and hosted content.
Once the active service has been deleted, HolyHosting does not guarantee the recovery, restoration or availability of the files.
Residual copies may exist in disaster recovery systems for a maximum period of 30 days from the termination of the service. Such copies will not be available for ordinary client restoration and will be deleted in accordance with internal technical cycles.
9. Cancellations
9.1. Cancellation process
Cancellation of services must be carried out from the client area at clientes.holy.gg, using the "Cancel service" option within the management of the corresponding service.
Alternatively, the client may request cancellation through a support ticket or by email to [email protected] or [email protected].
Informal requests made through social media, direct messages, Discord or other unofficial channels will not be considered valid cancellations.
9.2. Cancellation at the end of the period
The cancellation terminates the service at the end of the period already paid for. The client may continue to use the service until the due date, unless another cause for suspension, limitation or cancellation exists.
HolyHosting does not offer immediate cancellation with early deletion of the active service.
At the end of the period, the service may be deleted along with its files in accordance with these Terms.
9.3. Cancellation confirmation
Once the cancellation has been processed, the client will receive a confirmation email.
10. Refunds
10.1. General policy
Refunds are issued only under the conditions established in these Terms and at the reasonable discretion of HolyHosting.
The client must request any refund through the official support channels or the client area within the period applicable to the contracted service.
No refunds will be granted for causes outside HolyHosting's control, including, but not limited to:
- Lack of technical knowledge by the client.
- Incorrect configuration performed by the client or authorized third parties.
- Installation of mods, plugins, addons, resource packs or external software.
- Incompatibilities caused by client modifications.
- Expectations not aligned with the actual features of the service.
- Failure to cancel the service before its renewal.
- Issues caused by platforms, games, APIs, third-party providers or third-party software.
- Suspension or cancellation for breach of these Terms.
- Chargebacks, disputes or fraudulent activity.
- Attacks, hacks or unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials, insecure configurations, malware installed by the client or the client's failure to take reasonable security measures.
- Loss of data due to failure to maintain personal or external backups.
10.2. Minecraft Hosting
Minecraft Hosting services do not have an unconditional refund guarantee.
HolyHosting may evaluate a refund for Minecraft Hosting only if the client reports in writing a technical issue related to the clean, default or base software provided by HolyHosting, and HolyHosting is unable to resolve it through reasonable support efforts.
No refunds will be granted for issues related to mods, plugins, datapacks, custom configurations, corrupted worlds, excessive resource usage, client errors, external incompatibilities or modifications made by the user.
10.3. Other game servers
For game servers other than Minecraft Hosting, HolyHosting offers a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 48 hours of purchase.
This guarantee applies without additional technical conditions within the 48-hour period, provided that the client requests the refund through the official channels and there is no breach of these Terms, abuse, chargeback or cause attributable to the client.
These services are deemed tested on clean software or base configuration. Specialized support may vary depending on the game and does not guarantee resolution of issues caused by third-party software, modifications or custom configurations made by the client.
10.4. TEASPEAK voice servers
For TEASPEAK voice servers, HolyHosting offers a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 48 hours of purchase.
This guarantee applies without additional technical conditions within the 48-hour period, provided that the client requests the refund through the official channels and there is no breach of these Terms, abuse, chargeback or cause attributable to the client.
This guarantee exists because the voice servers offered are TEASPEAK servers, a protocol and software compatible with clients, connections or environments related to TS3 and TS5, but not necessarily equivalent to an official third-party service. There may be functional differences, technical limitations, compatibility changes or licensing dependencies.
10.5. Domains
Domains are non-refundable once registered, renewed, transferred or processed by the corresponding third-party provider.
Domain registration is subject to availability, validation, registrar policies, third-party providers, technical rules, ICANN requirements where applicable and applicable regulations.
HolyHosting does not guarantee the availability of a domain until the registration has been confirmed by the third-party provider.
10.6. Internal balance
The internal balance is generally non-refundable. It may be refunded only in exceptional cases, in accordance with section 7.7 and other applicable provisions of these Terms.
10.7. Form of refund
Refunds will be processed, depending on the case and at HolyHosting's discretion, by means of:
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Internal credit to the client's account.
- Other equivalent mechanism determined by HolyHosting.
10.8. Exclusion for breach of terms
If an account or service is suspended, limited or canceled for breach of these Terms, prohibited activity, fraud, abuse, chargeback, unauthorized resale, improper use or operational risk, no refund will be granted.
11. KYC verification and manual review
HolyHosting may request additional verification, documentation or an internal KYC process in special cases, including, but not limited to:
- Suspicious payments.
- Discrepancies between account and payment data.
- Chargebacks or risk of dispute.
- Unusual activity.
- Suspected fraud.
- Prevention of identity impersonation.
- Changes in ownership.
- Platform abuse.
- Security investigations.
- Compliance with internal, legal or provider policies.
While the KYC process is pending, HolyHosting may suspend, limit or hold the activation of the service.
If the client does not complete the requested verification within a maximum period of 96 hours from the request, HolyHosting may cancel the order, suspend the service, cancel the account or take the necessary measures to protect the platform.
Submission of false, altered, fraudulent, stolen documentation or documentation belonging to third parties may result in immediate cancellation, loss of access, prohibition of future use and disclosure to payment providers or authorities where applicable.
The processing of data associated with KYC is governed by the Privacy Policy specific to the internal KYC process, available within the corresponding verification flow.
12. Acceptable use and prohibited activities
12.1. General principle
The client must use HolyHosting's services in a lawful, reasonable, secure manner, and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, third-party rights, third-party provider rules and the technical limits of the contracted service.

VPS services are managed by the client. The client receives root or administrative access and assumes full responsibility for the security, configuration, installed software, executed processes, traffic generated, outbound activity, IP reputation, updates, firewall, credentials, vulnerabilities and legal compliance of the VPS.
On VPS, the following is specifically prohibited:
- Conducting outbound attacks.

This prohibition includes, among others, the use of the VPS to host hosting panels, reseller tools, servers intended for the client's end users or any other form of subleasing of the VPS resources.
HolyHosting may immediately suspend or cancel a VPS upon reports of abuse, malicious outbound activity, network risk, third-party complaints, blacklisting, legal requirements or impact on infrastructure.
12.4. Unauthorized resale
The client may not resell, sublicense, rent, fractionalize, redistribute or commercialize HolyHosting services to third parties without express prior authorization from HolyHosting.
If HolyHosting detects unauthorized resale, it may suspend or cancel the account and associated services, with no obligation to refund.
Special agreements for resale, collaboration or distribution may exist only when expressly agreed and approved by HolyHosting.

13. Technical limits, fair use and resources
13.1. Service limits
The client may not circumvent, modify or attempt to exceed technical limits of the contracted service, including, but not limited to:
- RAM.
- CPU.
- Storage.
- Slots.
- Location.
- Network limits.
- Process limits.
- Backup limits.
- Panel restrictions.
- Configurations imposed by HolyHosting.
Attempting to circumvent limits may result in suspension, cancellation or deletion of services.
13.2. Fair use on shared infrastructure
Many HolyHosting services run on shared infrastructure. The client accepts that resource usage must be reasonable and must not negatively affect other clients, nodes, networks or providers.
HolyHosting may limit, restart, migrate, suspend, adjust or cancel services that generate abusive use, performance degradation, node saturation, excessive I/O consumption, abnormal CPU usage, harmful traffic or operational risk.
13.3. Storage
Services may include an initial capacity or storage limit indicated on the product page, client area or applicable documentation.
On Minecraft Hosting, services may include an initial storage capacity of 50GB, with the possibility of expansion subject to node capabilities, legitimate use, availability and absence of abuse.
HolyHosting may delete, limit or restrict excessive files, oversized logs, temporary data, residual files, abusive backups, useless content, prohibited content or items affecting performance, security, storage or stability.
HolyHosting services must not be used as cold storage, a mass repository for external backups, a file mirror, an unauthorized CDN or storage of content unrelated to the contracted service.
13.4. Technical modification for stability
HolyHosting may modify, adjust or replace technical configurations, startup commands, execution parameters, resource limits, configuration files or related settings when necessary to:
- Preserve node stability.
- Avoid impact on third parties.
- Correct conflicting configurations.
- Maintain security.
- Comply with technical limits.
- Prevent abuse.
- Protect the infrastructure.
These actions may be carried out with or without prior notice depending on the urgency and operational risk. When circumstances permit, HolyHosting will endeavor to notify the client before applying the measure.
14. Client content
14.1. Responsibility for content
The client is solely responsible for the content they upload, install, execute, store, transmit, distribute or generate through HolyHosting's services.

14.3. Third-party rights
The client represents that they hold all necessary rights, licenses, permissions and authorizations over the content they host or execute on HolyHosting.
HolyHosting shall not be liable for client content that infringes copyright, trademarks, licenses, EULAs, third-party rights, software agreements or applicable laws.
HolyHosting may suspend, remove, block or restrict content if it receives a valid claim, detects infringement or considers that there is legal, technical or reputational risk.
14.4. Content generated by third parties
The client accepts that, when operating servers, bots, VPS or public services, they may receive or host content generated by their own users, players, administrators, collaborators or third parties.
HolyHosting does not pre-screen such content and shall not be liable for messages, files, builds, usernames, images, mods, scripts, data, commands, posts or any other content generated by third parties within services administered by the client.
The client is responsible for moderating, controlling and administering their own environment where applicable.

16. Migrations, IPs and location availability
16.1. Internal migrations
HolyHosting may migrate, move, replicate or relocate services, files, configurations, databases or resources between nodes, servers, datacenters or internal systems when necessary to:
- Load balancing.
- Maintenance.
- Security.
- Performance improvement.
- Availability.
- Disaster recovery.
- Technical failures.
- Provider changes.
- Infrastructure optimization.
- Prevention of abuse or operational risks.
When reasonably possible, migrations will be carried out aiming to minimize impact and preserve active files, configurations and data.
16.2. Dedicated IPs
When a service includes or receives a dedicated IP, the client accepts that such IP is not the property of the client.
Dedicated IPs may change due to technical reasons, availability, migration, abuse, reputation, maintenance, datacenter, provider, security or operational needs.
HolyHosting may make node or IP changes when availability allows and will make reasonable efforts to address client requests, but does not guarantee permanent availability of a specific IP or an exact location unless expressly agreed.
17. Backups and disaster recovery
HolyHosting may operate internal backup, replication or disaster recovery systems for certain active servers, services or internal systems. These systems exist for internal purposes of operational continuity and mitigation of technical catastrophes, critical failures, infrastructure incidents or unforeseen large-scale losses.
The client expressly acknowledges and accepts that HolyHosting's internal backup or disaster recovery systems do not constitute, do not replace, and shall not under any circumstances be construed as a personal, ordinary, guaranteed or contracted backup service for the client.
The purpose of these systems is strictly contingent and operational. Their existence does not create any obligation of individual backup, ordinary restoration, on-demand recovery, permanent retention, guaranteed availability, guaranteed integrity, minimum copy frequency or full protection of the client's data.
The client is solely responsible for maintaining their own external, up-to-date, verified backups, separate from HolyHosting's infrastructure, especially when hosting worlds, files, databases, configurations, mods, plugins, projects, business data, critical information or any content the loss of which could cause harm.
HolyHosting does not guarantee that backups will be available, that backups will be up to date, that they will be intact, that they can be restored, that they cover all services, that they are free of corruption, that they will be retained after suspension or cancellation, or that they will be available in the event of non-payment, abuse, chargebacks, deletion of the service, software failures, client errors or incidents outside the reasonable control of HolyHosting.
Residual or disaster recovery copies may be retained for a maximum period of 30 days after termination of the service, depending on the case, technical availability, internal cycle, status of the service, type of incident and operational discretion of HolyHosting.
Such copies will not be available for ordinary restoration nor do they create any recovery obligation toward the client. HolyHosting may attempt to recover information in exceptional cases and at its discretion, but no attempt, success or prior recovery history shall be construed as a guarantee, future obligation or acquired right of the client.
Consequently, HolyHosting shall not be liable for the loss, corruption, deletion, overwriting, inaccessibility or impossibility of recovering data when the client does not have their own personal and external backups.
18. VPS
VPS services offered by HolyHosting are, by default, unmanaged services.
The client receives root or administrative access and is responsible for:
- Installing and configuring software.
- Keeping the system updated.
- Configuring firewall and security.
- Protecting credentials.
- Managing users and permissions.
- Reviewing logs.
- Managing backups.
- Complying with applicable laws.
- Avoiding network or resource abuse.
- Being accountable for all outbound or inbound activity associated with the VPS.
HolyHosting may provide best-effort support for general infrastructure, availability or access matters, but does not guarantee administration, hardening, malware cleanup, application configuration, optimization, programming, debugging, software installation or resolution of issues caused by the client, unless a specific managed service is contracted.
The SLA applicable to VPS services covers only the physical infrastructure, network connectivity and control panel under HolyHosting's control, as detailed in the Service Level Agreement published at holy.gg/legal/sla.
19. Domains
Domains offered by HolyHosting are managed through external providers or registrars.
The customer agrees that:
- Registration is subject to availability.
- A domain is not considered registered until confirmation from the external provider.
- Renewals depend on timely payment.
- Failure to pay may cause expiration, loss, or release of the domain.
- Domains are non-refundable once registered, renewed, transferred, or processed.
- Policies of the registrar, ICANN, regional registries, external providers, and applicable regulations may apply.
- The customer is responsible for providing correct registrant data when required.
- HolyHosting does not guarantee recovery of expired, deleted, reclaimed, suspended, or third-party-blocked domains.
HolyHosting may suspend, block, or limit domains related to fraud, abuse, phishing, malware, legal violations, third-party claims, chargebacks, or provider requirements.
20. Bots and external platforms
Bot hosting services, including Discord bots or bots from other platforms, are subject both to these Terms and to the rules, APIs, limits, and policies of the corresponding external platforms.
The customer is responsible for:
- Complying with the terms of Discord or other platforms.
- Protecting tokens, API keys, and credentials.
- Avoiding rate limit abuse.
- Not executing harmful, illegal, or abusive commands.
- Controlling permissions granted to the bot.
- Being accountable for content generated or sent by the bot.
HolyHosting will not be liable if an external platform suspends, limits, blocks, modifies APIs, changes rules, revokes tokens, alters functionalities, or affects the operation of the bot.
21. TEASPEAK voice servers
The voice servers offered by HolyHosting are TEASPEAK servers. TEASPEAK is a solution and protocol compatible with connections, clients, or environments related to TS3 and TS5, but it may present functional differences, technical limitations, compatibility changes, or licensing dependencies.
HolyHosting holds a valid TEASPEAK license for the provision of these services. TEASPEAK servers are not official TeamSpeak servers and do not constitute an official product of TeamSpeak Systems GmbH.
HolyHosting offers a 100% money-back guarantee for the first 48 hours for TEASPEAK voice servers in accordance with section 10.4. This guarantee exists precisely because compatibility, experience, or functionalities may vary depending on the customer, version, configuration, license, or changes in the TEASPEAK ecosystem.
Some voice server plans may be promoted as "permanent" or equivalent. The customer agrees that such plans guarantee a minimum period of 365 days of service from activation, as indicated in the disclaimer published in the product purchase flow, provided there is no breach of these Terms, abuse, failure to pay when applicable, chargeback, legal requirement, technical impossibility, or external cause beyond HolyHosting's reasonable control.
After the 365 days have elapsed, HolyHosting may close, discontinue, limit, migrate, modify, or terminate such voice servers if there are changes in TEASPEAK's licensing system, costs, technical conditions, availability, providers, compatibility, commercial sustainability, or any circumstance that affects HolyHosting's ability to continue providing the service.
If the "permanent" voice service can no longer be provided due to changes in licensing, provider, or operation of TEASPEAK before 365 days have elapsed from the customer's acquisition of the server, HolyHosting will issue a 100% refund in accordance with the applicable refund policy, unless the interruption is due to the customer's breach, abuse, chargeback, prohibited activity, legal requirement, or cause attributable to the user.
HolyHosting will make reasonable efforts to maintain the functionality of voice servers but does not guarantee permanent compatibility, indefinite continuity, preservation of specific features, or the absence of changes resulting from TEASPEAK, licenses, providers, compatible clients, or external platforms.

24. Security
HolyHosting implements reasonable technical, administrative, and operational security measures to protect its systems, panels, networks, infrastructure, and services. These measures may include, as applicable, access controls, authentication, segmentation, monitoring, audit logs, attack mitigation, updates, internal restrictions, perimeter protection, detection tools, permission policies, and incident response procedures.
However, the customer acknowledges and accepts that no system, server, network, application, panel, internet-exposed service, account, VPS, bot, domain, database, game software, or internet-connected infrastructure can be considered completely secure.
Hosting services, by their very nature, may be exposed to risks such as DDoS attacks, brute-force attempts, exploitation of vulnerabilities, malware, credential theft, configuration errors, software bugs, third-party failures, zero-day vulnerabilities, unauthorized access, social engineering, API abuse, customer-caused leaks, port exposure, incorrect permissions, weak passwords, insecure plugins, malicious mods, vulnerable scripts, or outdated software.

- Failures of external providers, games, platforms, APIs, datacenters, or networks.
- Events beyond HolyHosting's reasonable control.
Although HolyHosting may investigate incidents, apply containment measures, or provide best-effort assistance when reasonable, such assistance does not imply acknowledgment of liability, guarantee of recovery, obligation of repair, commitment to compensation, or admission of fault by HolyHosting.
In the event of a security incident, HolyHosting may suspend, isolate, limit, restart, migrate, block ports, change credentials, request verification, require customer actions, or cancel services when necessary to protect the infrastructure, other customers, providers, or third parties.
26. Third-party services
HolyHosting uses external providers to operate its services, including, among others, payment processors, infrastructure providers, datacenters, networks, registrars, email tools, panels, support platforms, security systems, reputation services, communication services, and related services.
The customer agrees that interruptions, changes, suspensions, blocks, errors, limitations, internal policies, business decisions, price changes, license changes, security failures, or technical modifications by third parties may affect HolyHosting's services without automatically giving rise to a right to compensation or refund.
The processing of personal data and possible communication of information to external providers is explained in greater detail in HolyHosting's Privacy Policy, available at holy.gg/legal/privacy.
27. Modifications to services and terms
HolyHosting may modify prices, features, benefits, limits, rules, services, products, locations, resources, availability, offers, policies, and these Terms when necessary for commercial, legal, technical, operational, security, or external provider reasons.

For material changes to these Terms or to essential service conditions, HolyHosting will notify customers at least 30 days in advance via email, the client area, or another official channel.
During such period, the customer shall have the right to terminate their services without penalty if they do not accept the modified version.
