After running a Satisfactory server for a while, your in-game browser tends to fill up with worlds, and the default placeholder label does no favors when you are trying to spot which one is yours. A clear, memorable server name helps players recognize your community at a glance and gives the listing a bit of personality. The good news is that Satisfactory exposes this setting directly inside the Server Manager, so no config file editing is required.

The name still shows the old value. This usually means the server never finished the restart. Trigger another one from the panel, wait until the status reads online, and refresh the in-game browser. If the listing keeps lagging behind, fully close and reopen Satisfactory to flush the client cache.
Only the session name changed. The Server Settings page stacks two similarly named fields close together: Server Name and Session Name. They control different things, and it is easy to edit the wrong one without noticing. Make sure you updated the Server Name field, then restart from the panel so the new value sticks.
