Stinging Nettle is easy to miss in Enshrouded because it blends into the surrounding plants. That is convenient for the plant and mildly annoying for everyone trying to farm it.

Stinging Nettle grows in several parts of Revelwood. Individual spots may only contain one or two shrubs, so expect to search carefully rather than clear one giant patch.

The areas north of the Revelwood Ancient Spire tend to be better for finding it. Be careful before heading there, since the region can include higher-level enemies. Better gear, a stronger build, and a few extra levels make the trip much safer.
If the plant is too hard to see, open the Settings menu, go to Display, and deactivate Small Foliage. That can make Stinging Nettle and other harvestable plants easier to spot.
You only need one Stinging Nettle to start a steadier supply. Use it with a Seedbed to produce Nettle Seedlings, then grow your own plants instead of repeatedly combing through Revelwood.
The Farmer crafts the Seedbed with:
Once the Seedbed is running, Stinging Nettle becomes much easier to maintain for crafting.

Stinging Nettle can be consumed for a +3 Spirit buff lasting 15 minutes. Its bigger use, however, is in recipes added with the Frozen Frontier Update: Cat Food and Cat Food Bait.
The recipes are:
To craft these cat-related items, your base needs access to either Emily Fray, the Farmer, or Fenrig Mills, her assistant. Only one NPC of a profession can be placed at a single base, but the other can be stationed at another base or encampment if unlocked.
Use Cat Food Bait to tame a cat, then care for it with Cat Food. Petting a cat or dog grants the Paw’s Touch buff, increasing maximum health by 25 points for 30 minutes.
