7 Days to Die does not let you get away with bad hydration habits. Your character actually dehydrates over time, and the water you scavenge around Navezgane is almost always Murky Water. Chug it down raw and you can look forward to a dysentery debuff and a hit to the health bar. This guide walks through cleaning it up properly, and how to upgrade to Pure Mineral Water later on.
