Beyond the obvious quest log, 7 Days to Die hides a small batch of secret trophies that reward survivors for doing things no sensible person would attempt during the apocalypse. Some are quick, some are weird, and one in particular asks you to take off your clothes in a blizzard. Here is the full list and the cleanest path to each one.

As of Version 1.0, there are five secret achievements tucked into the game. None of them announce themselves in the menu, and a couple require enough lateral thinking that you may want this guide open in a second window.

Objective: Dig straight down until you reach the floor of the map.
Grab a shovel and start hammering at a single block of dirt or stone. Eventually you will hit a bluish layer that refuses to break. That is bedrock, and the achievement pops the moment you touch it.
Two things to remember before you commit. First, bring rope ladders, wooden frames, or anything you can use to climb back out. Otherwise your character lives in that hole forever. Second, an auger cuts the descent time dramatically, so use one if you have the fuel and parts to spare.

Objective: Reach the invisible ceiling of Navezgane.
This trophy is the mirror image of Dig Deep. Instead of going down to the bottom of the world, you build up to its sky cap. The most reliable method is stacking around 200 to 300 wooden frames into a tower and climbing all the way up.
Pick a quiet biome, ideally far from any horde paths, and protect the base of your tower with a few reinforced blocks. A single zombie chewing on a foundation frame can turn a fifteen minute build into a very fast funeral.

Objective: Kill 44 zombies using the .44 Magnum.
The Magnum sometimes appears at Shotgun Messiah Stores, but the consistent route is to craft one yourself at a Workbench. The base Quality 1 recipe needs:
Higher quality versions scale the material cost upward, so do not be surprised if a Q5 recipe looks twice as expensive.
Once you have the revolver, hunt across Navezgane and aim for heads. Magnum rounds are scarce, and missing your fortieth shot when the counter sits at 43 stings more than it should.

Objective: Break your character's leg.
A sprain is not enough. The game tracks broken bones specifically, so you need to push the fall damage one step beyond a limp.
The cleanest method is to find a ledge tall enough to sprain your leg on the first drop. Walk back up while injured and jump from the same spot a second time. The compounded damage almost always breaks the bone, and the trophy unlocks.
Keep a splint, a bandage, and some painkillers ready. You do not want to earn this one and then bleed out two minutes later.

Objective: Hit a 0 degree body temperature with no clothing equipped.
The trickiest of the five. Head to a snow biome, strip every piece of gear from your character, and step into a lake or river. The combination of cold air, freezing water, and exposed skin pulls your body temperature down fast.
Watch the thermometer carefully. As soon as the achievement pops, sprint out and put your clothes back on. Lingering invites hypothermia, and dying naked in the snow is a memorable but avoidable way to end a save.
None of these trophies impact your main playthrough, but they make for entertaining side goals between blood moons. Knock them out on a stable base, ideally one hosted on infrastructure that can handle a stacked frame tower without complaining.
