Ammonia Glands are mid- to late-game materials in Enshrouded, used for Flame Altar progression, spell charges, and a few important crafting recipes. They are not something a fresh Flameborn should chase immediately. The enemies that drop them live in dangerous Shrouded zones and hit hard enough to punish casual sightseeing.

To farm Ammonia Glands, travel to higher-level regions such as Umber Hollow, the Highlands, and the Kindlewastes. In those areas, search the Shroud for large mushroom enemies with glowing red sections. Defeating one of these creatures usually drops about 5 to 9 Ammonia Glands.

These enemies do not spawn just anywhere. In Umber Hollow, for example, check the northern parts of the area.
