Spawning Items on Your Hytale Server

Managing a Hytale server is easier when admins can quickly grab items for builds, testing, events, or player support. If someone needs replacement gear or you are setting up a custom scenario, item spawning saves time and prevents a lot of inventory shuffling.

Ways to Spawn Items in Hytale

Hytale gives admins two simple options: commands and creative mode. Both require admin access on the server first.

Spawn Items With Commands

1. Launch Hytale and join your server using an admin account.
2. Open chat and enter `/spawnitem [item] --qty=[amount]`.

1. The requested item or items should appear near your character in the world.

If the item name is misspelled, chat may show suggestions. Handy, because item IDs are not exactly poetry.

Spawn Items With Creative Mode

2. Press `O` on your keyboard, then open your inventory.
