3. Common Issues
"This server requires you connect with Velocity"
This error occurs because your plan is the Advanced (includes Creative and Survival), and you are trying to connect directly to the Survival or Creative.
In your Holy configuration panel you will see three servers: Creative, Survival and Proxy. The Proxy is responsible for connecting both servers, and it is the one you must connect to. For security reasons, it is not possible to connect directly to Survival or Creative.
First connect through the Proxy and then use the command /server creativo to switch modes if you wish. Also, if you want to use a subdomain without a port (like tuserver.holy.gg), you will need to configure it from the Proxy, since this is the main entry point.
If you are already connecting correctly through the Proxy and the error continues, do not hesitate to contact us; we will gladly review it as soon as possible.
