Pals are your lifeline in Palworld, and serving Red Berries forever is a recipe for burnout (theirs, not yours). Tomato Seeds open the door to bigger and better meals, but tracking down a steady supply takes a bit of planning. Here is the short route to your first crate of Tomatoes.

The simplest path is shopping. A Wandering Merchant sells Tomato Seeds for 200 Gold apiece, and the merchant who reliably stocks them sets up at Fisherman's Point. Fast-travel there and head down to the dock to spot the NPC.
If gold is tight, hunt for seeds instead. Several Grass-type Pals carry them as a drop when defeated or captured:
Bring Fire-type Pals to the fight. Grass takes heavy damage from fire, which turns drawn-out brawls into quick farming runs.
Broncherry is the friendliest target for newer trainers. Look for them around the Bamboo Grove and near the Bamboo Thicket fast-travel point. They look harmless at a glance, but a provoked Broncherry hits hard, so keep a healer Pal on standby.

Seeds alone do nothing. You need a Tomato Plantation, and that recipe sits behind Level 32 on the Technology Tree. Once unlocked, build the station with:

Assign a Pal with the Planting work suitability and the plantation will run on its own while you handle other tasks.
Harvested Tomatoes become ingredients for a long list of dishes that beat raw berries by a wide margin:
Stack a few of these into your base rotation and your Pals will keep their stats topped off for the next dungeon push.
