The headline feature is a competitive arena currently known as the Pal Arena. Pocketpair previewed the mode in a recent showcase, with two trainers facing off in a coliseum-style stage backed by their best Pals.

Specifics on rules, team sizes, and ranked structure are still thin on the ground. The brief reveal clip suggests something closer to a structured coliseum match than a free-for-all skirmish. Whether matchmaking will be skill-based, casual, or both has not been clarified.
