Palworld Neutral Pals: Complete Roster, Habitats, Drops & Work Tasks

Palworld·February 6, 2024·49 min read

The Neutral group in Palworld sits in an odd spot. Unlike most categories, no Pal in this family pairs Neutral with a second element, so the whole roster stays single typed. They lack the type advantage that other elements enjoy, yet several pack enough muscle to flatten anything that gets close.

How the Neutral Element Works

Neutral Pals deal no bonus damage against any rival element, which means every fight is a fair fight. Their soft spot is Dark damage, so plan around Dark type opponents if you take one of these into hostile territory. Even with no offensive multiplier, picks like Kingpaca or Gorirat hit hard enough to make raw power matter.

Below is the full lineup of Neutral Pals you can recruit, with where they spawn, what they drop, and which jobs they shine at back at base.

Quick Picks for Your Base

If you are optimizing labor, Lunaris stands out with strong Handiwork, Transporting, and Gathering all at Lv. 3. Gorirat covers heavy lifting and tree work, while Paladius handles both Lumbering and Mining at Lv. 2. For ranch loops, Lamball, Chikipi, Mozzarina, and Woolipop quietly stack Wool, Eggs, Milk, and Cotton Candy with little extra input from you.

For combat support, Cremis and Ribbuny raise Neutral attack while on the team. If you would rather hit harder yourself, Kingpaca's frame tends to speak for itself.
