Holy Team

Frostallion sits at the top of the Ice Pal pyramid in Palworld, a Legendary Steed that would rather freeze you solid than say hello. Adding it to your roster is well worth the trouble, but the fight is brutal and its lair is not exactly cozy. Here is everything you need to track one down, beat it, and walk away with one of your own.
Being a Legendary Pal, Frostallion shows up in a single fixed spot. There are no random encounters, no scattered spawns, and no shortcuts. Just one location and one Pal waiting for a challenger.

Head east of the snow biome known as the Land of Absolute Zero. Frostallion appears there as a Field Alpha Boss, gliding around the icy wastes like it owns the place.
If direct combat isn't your style, breeding is the alternative path.

A Huge Frozen Egg can hatch a Frostallion, but the roll isn't guaranteed. Other Ice-type Pals like Bastigor, Kingpaca Cryst, Mammorest Cryst, Whalaska Ignis, and Azurobe Cryst can pop out instead. To lock in a Frostallion hatchling, you need two Frostallions of your own placed in a Breeding Farm. Yes, a bit of a chicken-and-egg problem if you don't have one yet.
Frostallion spawns at Level 50 with 13,254 HP. Show up unprepared and the fight ends fast.

Ice is weak to Fire, so stack your team accordingly.

Jormuntide Ignis is the heavy hitter, holding the highest base attack of any Fire Pal in the game. Pair it with at least one Kelpsea Ignis: its Partner Skill, Lava Spout, boosts the Attack stat of every Fire Pal in your party. If you prefer to deal damage yourself, bring a Gobfin Ignis. Its Angry Shark Partner Skill raises your own damage output while it's active alongside you.
The Rocket Launcher is the weapon of choice here. Its rockets can stagger Frostallion to the ground, opening clean DPS windows. Bring plenty of ammo.
The encounter takes place deep in the cold biome, so cold resistance is mandatory. Cold Resistant Pal Metal Armor handles this directly. If you haven't crafted it yet, summon a Blazamut and stay close to it: the heat it gives off keeps you alive without the gear.

Once Frostallion drops to critical health, throw your strongest Pal Sphere. A Legendary Sphere gives you the best odds, which you'll want since Frostallion is, well, Legendary. To stretch your sphere supply across attempts, level the Pal capture rate at the Statue of Powers using Lifmunk Effigies.
One detail people forget: a captured Frostallion needs the Frostallion Saddle before you can use its Partner Skill. The recipe unlocks at Player Level 48 in the Technology Tree. Crafting at the Pal Gear Workbench costs:
