Reliquary Reincarnations is a Forge mod for players who want magic without installing an entire kitchen sink modpack. It adds special mob drops, crafting ingredients, charms, weapons, potions, utility blocks, and a few items that are strange enough to make vanilla Minecraft look very sensible.
Most of its content is built around collecting rare materials from hostile mobs, then turning those materials into powerful tools or consumables. Many items are meant for mid-game or late-game play, so do not expect the whole mod to reveal itself the moment a world loads.

Reliquary Reincarnations requires Forge. Install the matching Forge version in your Minecraft Launcher before adding the mod file.

To use the mod with friends, install the same mod files on the server as well as each player's client.

A new world will not look dramatically different at first. The changes begin once hostile mobs are defeated and their new drops start appearing. Those drops unlock recipes for tools, blocks, weapons, potions, and wearable utility items.
Because many recipes depend on monster materials, keep the odd drops instead of throwing them into a random chest and forgetting they exist. Reliquary rewards hoarding, which is one of Minecraft's oldest traditions anyway.

Hostile mobs are the foundation of the mod's progression. Zombies, skeletons, wither skeletons, spiders, slimes, blazes, and other enemies can drop materials used throughout Reliquary's recipe tree. For example, zombies can provide Zombie Hearts, while wither skeletons can drop Withered Ribs.
These items may look like clutter at first, but they become important ingredients later. Store them together so crafting advanced gear is less painful.
Reliquary also includes crafted ingredients that combine vanilla resources with mob drops. Some are only useful for specific recipes, while others unlock major tools or armor-like effects.
Fertile Essence is useful for farming-focused players. It is crafted with a Rib Bone, Catalyzing Gland, Slime Pearl, and Green Dye. After collecting enough of it, you can craft a Lilypad of Fertility, which speeds nearby crop growth and makes food production much easier.

Crimson Cloth uses Red Wool, Black Wool, and Nebulous Hearts. It is needed for the Twilight Cloak, an item that can make the wearer invisible in darkness. That is useful for escaping mobs, sneaking around other players, or pretending the creeper behind you is someone else's problem.

The main appeal of Reliquary Reincarnations is its collection of unusual magical items. Some provide one clear ability, while others have several modes or effects. The exact value of each item depends on your playstyle, but a few are worth learning early.
Magicbane is a dagger built for combat and farming mod materials. Its damage improves through enchantment effects, and it can increase the chance of Reliquary mob drops when used against hostile enemies. If you want more rare drops, this is one of the best tools to prioritize.

Glowing Bread is a simple but strong quality-of-life item. Instead of carrying stacks of ordinary food, players can use Glowing Bread to fully restore hunger. On long mining trips or boss hunts, that convenience matters.

Reliquary includes many condensed potions based on familiar vanilla effects. Some effects behave as expected, while others add extra positive or negative modifiers. For example, a Mining Fatigue effect can also reduce outgoing damage, making it more punishing than the vanilla version.
These potions are not brewed with a normal brewing stand. The mod uses dedicated blocks for processing essences and mixing ingredients.
The Apothecary Mortar is used to process certain items into potion essences. Right-clicking the mortar with valid ingredients gradually produces the needed material. To craft it, gather three Catalyzing Glands and six Quartz Blocks.

After making the mortar, craft an Apothecary Cauldron to combine ingredients into Reliquary potions. The recipe uses a normal Cauldron, one Molten Core, two Infernal Claws, two Catalyzing Glands, and three Nebulous Hearts. Several of those drops are uncommon, so expect to hunt mobs before building a full potion setup.
Pedestals let you place certain Reliquary items and use their effects passively. A weapon on a pedestal may help defend an area, while items such as the Rending Gale can provide movement-related abilities depending on mode and configuration.
Think of pedestals as magical utility stations. They can support nearby players with effects or item abilities, making them valuable for bases, farms, arenas, and shared server areas.

Reliquary also adds guns and ammunition. They sit a little oddly beside the mystical tools and potion gear, but they work like ranged weapons with strong impact. Their behavior is closer to bows or crossbows than modern firearm systems, though the damage can be very high against regular targets.
Use them carefully on servers with PvP or protected areas. A powerful ranged weapon can turn a friendly disagreement into a very short argument.
Check that Reliquary Reincarnations is installed in the correct `mods` folder for the Forge profile you are launching. On servers, confirm that the files were uploaded to the active server instance and that the server is also running Forge.
Also verify that the Minecraft version, Forge version, and mod file version match. Optional mods such as JEI, Jade, and Curios API can help avoid missing compatibility features, but version mismatches are the more common cause of startup problems.
If Reliquary potions are not working, first confirm that you are using the Apothecary Mortar and Apothecary Cauldron instead of a vanilla brewing stand. Then double-check the exact ingredients for the potion you are trying to make.
If the setup is correct and nothing works, test a different mod version for the same Minecraft release or check the mod's issue tracker and wiki. Potion behavior can vary between builds, especially when a version has a known bug.
