How to Install the DarkRPG Modpack on Your Minecraft Server

Hello! In this guide, we’ll explain how to install the DarkRPG modpack in a super simple way.

What is DarkRPG?

DarkRPG is a Minecraft modpack that transforms the traditional game experience into an immersive role-playing adventure, incorporating elements like magic, origins, quests, and exploration.

How do I download it?

To download it, go to the following link: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/darkrpg-forge Next, look for the version labeled "server-pack" and download it.

Once you have the compressed file downloaded, go to your server panel and then to the "Files" section.

Here, upload the compressed file you downloaded earlier. Next, extract the contents of the compressed file.

Once all the files are extracted, locate the file named start.sh and assign it "777" permissions.

Then, go to the "Startup (Java)" section, change the startup flags to "Start with start.sh," and also select the Java version corresponding to the Minecraft version you’ll be using—in this case, JAVA 21.

Go to the console and start the server. You’ll be prompted to accept the installation—simply type I agree.

You’ll also be prompted to accept the EULA, so wait in the console and type I agree just like before.

After accepting everything, the modpack will begin installing on your server.
