Hello! In this guide, we will explore step by step how to perform a fresh server installation. Whether you have recently purchased one or want to restore your current server from scratch, we will guide you through the entire process so you can do it efficiently and without complications.

Steps to follow: Enter the Server Panel 📺
First of all, you need to enter your server panel, then look for the "Files" section in the left-side menu.
Once inside, check the indicated box and delete all existing files.

Installing a new version 🤖
Once all server files have been deleted, we will reinstall a new version. To do so, go to the left-side menu, then look for the "Versions" section and enter it.

Here we will select the version we want. Once we find the one we are looking for, click the "Install" button. The server.jar file for the selected version will begin downloading.
(For some versions, an extra step is needed which we will cover below)
Reinstalling the Server ♻️
In some cases, it will be necessary to reinstall the server. To do so, look in the left-side menu of the panel and then "Settings" enter there and click the "Reinstall Server" button shown in the image below.

Wait for the installation to finish and then start the server.
When starting the server, accept the EULA📜 and wait for the server installation, world creation, etc. to finish.

Done! Now we know how to reset a server from scratch with the Minecraft version we want.
Common issue⚠️ What happens if when I start the server I get a message saying incompatible Java version?
To fix this, simply go to the left-side menu of the panel, click on "Startup (Java)" and select the Java version requested in the console.
