Steps to Download Your World 📥
Access Your Control Panel 🖥️:
Open your control panel.
Go to the “Files” section in the menu on the left.

Locate Your World Folder 📂
In the file explorer, click the three dots on the “world” folder and select “Archive.”

Download Your World ⬇️
A file will be generated, which is a compressed version of your world.

Click the three dots on this file again and select “Download.”

Once the download is complete, unzip the file, and that’s it! Your server world is now saved on your computer!

The download stops or fails ❌
Solution✔️: This may be due to an unstable internet connection. Try pausing and resuming the download, or use a different connection. If the problem persists, contact HolyHosting support.
The downloaded file is corrupted or won’t unzip 🛠️Solution✔️: Make sure the download completed successfully and wasn’t interrupted. If it still fails, try downloading the world again. You can also try downloading the world via SFTP.
The world is too large to download ❌
Solution✔️: If your world is very large, you’ll need to download it using SFTP.
