How to Create a Backup of Your Minecraft Server World

Hello,

Below, we present a guide on how to create a backup of your world on your Minecraft server. This procedure is useful whether you plan to change versions or implement something that could cause file corruption.

Go to your server's panel The first thing we need to do is go to your server's panel, then navigate to the "Files" section. Once inside, look for the "world" folder. Click the three dots and select "Archive" (If you want to make a copy of the nether and the end, do the same with their respective folders)

A file like the following will be generated:

You can rename this file by clicking the three dots and "Rename" In this case, we will name it "Backup"

Now we can make changes to our server without fear of losing our world! To unarchive the backup, simply click the three dots and select the option "Unarchive" 🎉 Conclusion
