How to Add Resource Packs to My Minecraft Server 🌳🚀

Today we're going to talk about how to add a resource pack to your Minecraft server. We know you want your server to look amazing, so here's a simple guide to achieve it.

Adding a resource pack to your Minecraft server is an excellent way to give a special and unique touch to the visual aspects of the game for your community. With thousands of texture packs available, the possibilities are endless! Although it may seem complicated, we'll guide you step by step so everything goes perfectly. 😎

• Choose a pack from an official site like CurseForge.🌟

Tip: Always verify that the pack is compatible with the version of Minecraft you're using.

• Download the pack.📂

• Visit the website of MCPacks.🌐 Your best friend for this!

• Press "Choose file📁" and select your resource pack file.📁

• Use the "Upload" button to process the pack.⏳

• Once we upload the ResourcePack, note down the URL for download and the SHA-1 hash, we'll need them later.

• Navigate to your HolyHosting server panel and stop the server.🛑

• Select "Files" and open the file "server.properties"

• On the resource-pack line, paste the URL we saved earlier, remember?

• It should look like this:

• Now, look for the line "resource-pack-sha1" and paste the SHA1-Hash:

• (Optional): you can configure it so the Resource Pack is mandatory to enter the server. If you want this option, look for the line "require-resource-pack=false" and change the value to "true" it should look like this:

• Save the changes and start the server.

Inside Minecraft

• Go to "Multiplayer" and find our server.

• As we can see, we uploaded the Resourcepack correctly and changed the configuration to make its download mandatory.

• Click "Proceed" to start the Resourcepack download.
• Once inside the server, go to "Resource Packs" to verify it was downloaded correctly

Note: (Some ResourcePacks require additional mods like optifine to function)
