/gh give - Gives a 50-use grappling hook to the user.
/gh give [#] - Gives a grappling hook to the user with a specific number of uses.
/gh give [player] - Gives a grappling hook to the specified player's inventory with 50 uses.

How to Use:
Grappling:

The main use of the grappling hook is, naturally, grappling. Using the item, you can cast it like a normal fishing rod until it hooks onto the top of a block. Once hooked, simply reel it in to launch yourself upward.
Rappelling:

Now that you're up high, you'll need to get down. Fortunately, the grappling hook will also let you descend. Simply attach it to a nearby block, then jump. You will automatically descend safely to the bottom. Then, simply switch the held item or walk away so the grappling hook retracts without pulling you.
Mobs:
Grappling Hook on Mobs
Just like a normal fishing rod but more powerful, you can hook entities and pull them toward you with great force.
Items:
Grappling Hook on Items
An item too far away? Simply hook it and reel it in to receive the item directly in your inventory.
Permissions:
Although the plugin will work automatically without permissions, you can choose to add them yourself using the following:
grapplinghook.pull.self - Allows the player to pull themselves with the hook
grapplinghook.pull.mobs - Allows the player to pull mobs with the hook
grapplinghook.pull.players - Allows the player to pull other players with the hook
grapplinghook.pull.items - Allows the player to pull items with the hook
grapplinghook.craft.wood - Allows the player to craft wooden grappling hooks
grapplinghook.craft.stone - Allows the player to craft stone grappling hooks
grapplinghook.craft.iron - Allows the player to craft iron grappling hooks
grapplinghook.craft.gold - Allows the player to craft gold grappling hooks
grapplinghook.craft.diamond - Allows the player to craft diamond grappling hooks
grapplinghook.command.give - Allows the player to use the /gh give command
grapplinghook.player.nopull - The player cannot be pulled by other players
grapplinghook.player.nocooldown - The player ignores the hook cooldown (if configured)
Conclusion:
With that, you are now ready to soar through the skies with the grappling hook plugin! Whether you allow it for all players, add it as a kit, or anything else, nothing is more fun than maneuvering through heights. It can be used as a secret base entrance, for falling into ravines, and many other options. Once crafted, you'll always want to keep one handy as an essential tool for survival and exploration.
