Best Factorio Nuclear Power Plant Blueprints and Required Materials

Factorio·October 3, 2024·22 min read

Nuclear Power is one of Factorio's major energy milestones. A working plant usually means processing Uranium into Uranium Fuel Cells, burning those cells for heat, and converting that heat into power without turning the factory into a pipe puzzle with lights.

Nuclear Power Plant Blueprints Worth Checking

The blueprints below come from Factorio's player community. They are not ranked in a strict order, because the best choice depends on available space, power needs, materials, and how much symmetry matters to your soul.

Tileable Nuclear Reactor

Reddit user Few_Schedule_6611 shared a tileable reactor design aimed at large power demand. When built correctly, the setup can generate 8 GW of power, enough for most factories and many overbuilt production lines.

The layout needs a clear area of 25 x 288 tiles so every structure can be placed properly.
