EssentialsX Spawn: Plugin Guide for Minecraft Servers
EssentialsX Spawn is an add-on for the base EssentialsX plugin that provides access to commands and settings related to the server’s spawn point. This plugin lets you customize the welcome message and manage various aspects of player respawning. Compatible with multiple versions, EssentialsX Spawn is a versatile tool that can easily adapt to your server’s needs.
Plugin Download
Visit the EssentialsX download page.
Locate EssentialsX Spawn and click the corresponding download button.
Save the .jar file in a safe location.
Make sure you also download the main EssentialsX file.

Server Installation
Access your Holy server control panel and stop the server.
Scroll down to the Game File dropdown menu.
Ensure your server version supports plugins, such as PaperMC or Spigot.
Locate or create the plugins folder and open it.
Click Upload in the top-left corner and drag the plugin .jar files there.
Once the upload reaches 100%, return to the main page and restart your server.

Getting Started
In-game, use the /setspawn command to set your server’s spawn point.This marks your current location and facing direction as the official spawn.
To return to spawn at any time, use /spawn.You can also use /spawn [player] to send a specific player back to spawn.
Configuration
Navigate to the plugins/Essentials folder.
Find and edit the config.yml file.
Scroll down to the EssentialsX Spawn + New Players section to adjust options like:
Custom welcome messages
Starter kits
Respawn behavior and spawn rules
Key Permissions
/setspawn → essentials.setspawn — Allows setting the server’s spawn point.
/spawn → essentials.spawn — Allows players to teleport to spawn.
/spawn [player] → essentials.spawn.others — Allows teleporting others to spawn.
essentials.spawn-on-join.exempt — Exempts a player from automatic teleportation on join.
