Minecraft players know the word modpack well, but Valheim uses a slightly different label. If you are looking for a bundle of Valheim mods that work together, the closest equivalent is usually called a collection.

A modpack is a group of mods packaged or organized together. In Minecraft, popular modpacks are often maintained by a team or developer who checks compatibility, balances the experience, and keeps the setup playable.
Anyone can throw mods together, of course. Whether that pile of files actually works is a different question, and the modding gods are not always merciful.
Outside Minecraft, the word modpack is less common. For Valheim, the term you will usually see is collection.

Most Valheim mods are shared through NexusMods. To find collections, start on the NexusMods homepage and use the search bar near the top. Change the search option to games, then search for Valheim and open the Valheim section.
Once there, try not to lose an hour browsing trending mods. To find modpack-style bundles, open the drop-down menu labeled Collections at the top of the page. From there, choose Most Endorsed or Highest Rated to see the most popular options.
That page is where Valheim's closest version of modpacks lives.
For singleplayer, Valheim collections can be installed through NexusMods' Vortex Mod Manager. Vortex handles much of the process, making collection installation far simpler than manually placing every file.
Server installation is more involved. Valheim collections cannot be installed directly onto a server as one bundled package. Instead, the mods need to be installed one at a time. The source process starts by installing Valheim Plus, then uploading the required mods into the plugins folder until the collection's mod list is fully added.
Yes, but they are usually called collections. They work much like modpacks in spirit, especially for singleplayer setups through Vortex.
For servers, expect more manual work. If you are configuring a Valheim server with HolyHosting, mod installation may require checking each mod in the collection and adding it individually rather than relying on one-click installation.
