Holy Team

After Dream last appeared in MCC 24, fans started asking when he might return to the event. A later live broadcast on Dream's private Twitter gave a clearer answer about his future in MCC.

Yes. Dream confirmed that he does not plan to participate in more MCC events.
During a live broadcast on his private Twitter, Dream covered several topics before MCC came up. Early in that explanation, he said, "I don't think I will be in anymore MCCs," then explained that the rising skill level of the event made it difficult for him to keep up without regular practice.
His reasoning was not presented as drama or a falling out. Instead, it was about time, preparation, and the growing competitiveness of the event.
Dream also said he would still like "to be involved, but not be involved." In practical terms, that means he may appear on friends' streams while they play MCC, cheer them on, and stay connected to the event without competing himself.

Dream leaving MCC should not automatically change whether most other Dream Team members participate. However, as of November 25th, nothing had been confirmed for everyone else.
The main exception is GeorgeNotFound, who previously said he would not participate in MCC without Dream. Because of that, Dream's departure could also mean George's MCC appearances come to an end, though that was not confirmed in the source update.

Dream made it clear during the broadcast that he still likes MCC and may remain involved in a more casual way. So, there is not much scandal to dig through here. Sometimes the answer is simply scheduling and practice time, which is less dramatic but much easier on everyone involved.
MCC also continues forward, with members of OfflineTV joining the event. Dream could still return someday as a guest, appear in a special event, or participate in a future MCC All-Stars-style format. For now, though, his regular MCC competition days appear to be over.
