Leaving a movie before the credits finish is always a gamble now. A Minecraft Movie follows that tradition, so early exits may miss a familiar reveal.

Yes. A Minecraft Movie has a post-credits scene. It also has a separate credits scene during the rolling credits, so do not confuse the two.
The true post-credits scene appears at the very end, just before the screen goes black.
The scene begins with Steve, played by Jack Black, returning to his real-world house. The house has been sold since he lived there.
Steve knocks, and a woman with orange hair wearing a green shirt answers. She is only shown from behind. They briefly discuss the house, especially the attic, before introducing themselves.
The reveal is her name: Alex.
That matters because Alex was the second player character added to Minecraft after Steve. Her outfit also matches her in-game look in the film scene.
The scene could be a final Easter egg, but it may also hint at future movie plans. A Minecraft Movie did not cover the End dimension or the Ender Dragon, leaving plenty of room for a sequel where Alex joins the story.
Nothing confirms what comes next, but fans had a good reason to stay through the credits.
