Servers in South America have a higher value mainly because the costs to maintain servers are expensive. To offset these costs, we own our own hardware in South America. Even so, maintenance costs are still higher than those in Germany and the United States. This is due to various factors, such as a much less developed datacenter infrastructure, with higher electricity costs, higher internet costs, higher Anti-DDoS protection costs, among others.
