Picking the right one decides whether you steamroll an Ancient Ruin or get politely deleted by a Claw Tribe scout.

The 10 Best Masks in Soulmask, Ranked

The ranking weighs how often a mask gets used, how strong its node tree is across the full level range, and how well it scales from the early biomes into endgame Holy Ruins. It is not a personal preference list. If a mask suits the way you play, ignore the number next to it and wear it anyway.

Most of these masks drop from high-level Ancient or Holy Ruins. Two of the strongest are crafted at the Mysterious Stone Table, which means you will be hunting Modules before you can equip them. Plan accordingly.

10. Civilization

Civilization is one of the three starter masks offered when you first land in the world. Its kit pushes flat defense and stamina, which is exactly what a new player needs while learning to dodge enemies that hit harder than they should. Survival oriented from the first hour, with a healing focused Mimicry mode at the top of the tree.

How to get it: select Civilization at character creation. After that, it can also drop from any Ancient Ruin of level 25 or higher.
