Schedule 1 Patch 0.3.4: Pawn Shop, Bleuball's Boutique, and a Pile of Fixes

Schedule 1 has not even celebrated its first month on Steam, yet the player count keeps climbing. The premise of supplying questionable goods to addiction-prone NPCs has clearly struck a nerve, and solo developer Tyler is keeping the momentum going. Patch 0.3.4 is the latest drop, and there is plenty to unpack.

Is 0.3.4 Available Yet?

Yes, the update is live for everyone. It originally rolled out through an open beta branch, but the contents now sit on the main version with no opt-in required.

That said, if you want to test future builds before they hit the public release, the process takes about thirty seconds:

  1. Right-click Schedule 1 inside your Steam library.
  2. Choose Properties.
  3. Open the Betas tab.
  4. Pick Beta from the dropdown.
  5. Let Steam swap your install over to the beta branch.

Returning to the stable build later means visiting the same menu and selecting None.

What 0.3.4 Adds

The Pawn Shop

The headline feature is a brand new Pawn Shop. It opens up an income stream that, for once, will not draw a police escort. Bring in pretty much anything that is not a controlled substance and walk out with cash. The margins will not match your usual product line, but it is a practical way to clear out clutter that has been piling up in your safehouse.

Bleuball's Boutique

The second new storefront is Bleuball's Boutique, a luxury shop that sells purely cosmetic items. Nothing inside boosts your profits. It exists so you can flex on rivals and customers with visible signs of success.

Tweaks and Bug Fixes

Beyond the new content, the patch tackles a healthy stack of polish items:

  • Cleaner phrasing in customer recommendation dialogue.
  • Refined product picker on the counteroffer interface.
  • Jar stack size raised to 20.
  • Supplier meeting markers on the map app now display the supplier's name.
  • The cooldown for requesting a supplier meeting has been removed.
  • Time skips such as sleeping now reduce the supplier meeting timer.
  • Extra null and validity checks added under the hood.
  • The delivery destination dropdown no longer overflows past the phone screen.
  • Item slot filters can no longer be bypassed by swapping items.
  • Player lists clear properly when exiting to the menu.
  • Non-host clients now reliably receive on day pass and on week pass events.

What Comes Next

Tyler also outlined the short-term priorities for the project:

  • Making sure hired employees actually do their jobs without breaking.
  • Stopping save files from corrupting or vanishing entirely.
  • Reducing multiplayer disconnections and loading hiccups.

General optimization is also on the list, with official Steam Deck support targeted as a near-term goal. Portable distribution operations are coming, apparently.

Schedule 1 is still in early access, and since the entire game is built by one person, the steady patch cadence is even more impressive. Expect more content drops like this one to keep arriving.
