Schedule 1: Every Dealer in Hyland Point and How to Hire Them

Other Games·April 15, 2025·12 min read

Running drugs solo in Schedule 1 pays well enough, but the math shifts the moment you start delegating. Hyland Point has six dealers scattered across its six regions, and once you hire them, sales handle themselves while you focus on production, expansion, or staying one step ahead of the police scanner.

What Dealers Actually Do

Dealers exist to keep you off the streets. Instead of walking each transaction in person, you hand merchandise to a dealer and they handle every meeting, every handoff, every nervous customer staring too long at a parked van. You produce, they sell. That is the arrangement.

A few practical limits worth knowing up front. Each dealer can manage up to eight customers, and every one of them takes a flat 20% cut of whatever they move. There is also an upfront buy-in that scales with the region they live in. Nothing in Hyland Point is free, including loyalty.

Unlocking Dealers Through the Contacts Web

You cannot just walk up to a dealer and offer them a job. The game gates each one behind a social chain, and the entry point is the Contacts app on your in-game phone. Open it and you will see a web of NPCs grouped by region, with lines drawn between people who know each other.

The pattern is consistent across the map:

  1. Find an NPC connected to the dealer you want.
  2. Sell them their preferred drug repeatedly until they consider you a close friend.
  3. Use the new connection to reach the dealer.

The Contacts app also has a Show on Map button next to any NPC, which is the single most useful feature in the entire UI. No more wandering Westville hoping a guy in a track jacket turns the right corner.

Once you are a close friend with the right NPC, approach the dealer in person, pay the buy-in, and they are yours. The 20% cut starts immediately.

Every Dealer, Where to Find Them, and What They Cost

Each dealer is locked to a region, and each region unlocks at a specific rank. Here is the full roster in unlock order.

Benji Coleman

  • Region: Northtown, available from the start
  • Location: Motel Room 2
  • Buy-in: $500

Molly Presley

  • Region: Westville, unlocked at Hoodlum I
  • Location: Brown Apartment
  • Buy-in: $1,000

Brad Crosby

  • Region: Downtown, unlocked at Hustler I
  • Location: Parking Garage
  • Buy-in: $2,000

Jane Lucero

  • Region: Docks, unlocked at Enforcer I
  • Location: Docks RV
  • Buy-in: $3,000

Wei Long

  • Region: Suburbia, unlocked at Block Boss I
  • Location: Suburbia Shack
  • Buy-in: $4,000

Leo Rivers

  • Region: Uptown, unlocked at Baron I
  • Location: Near the Church
  • Buy-in: $5,000

A Sensible Hiring Order

Most players grab Benji first. He is cheap, his region is already open, and he covers Northtown while you push rank elsewhere. From there, the natural play is to chase rank progression and onboard each new dealer the moment their region unlocks. Cash flow scales fast enough that the buy-in stops feeling painful by the time you are recruiting in Uptown.

If you and a friend are planning to run the whole operation cooperatively, a dedicated Schedule 1 server from HolyHosting keeps your save persistent and reachable 24/7, with DDoS protection and free backups in case someone wipes the wrong file at 3am.
