Once Human gets rougher as stronger Deviants, Rosetta forces, and other threats start showing up. Healing options matter, and the Stardust Regulator is one of the better consumables to bring when a fight refuses to be polite.

The Stardust Regulator is a consumable that instantly restores 70% of the user's health. It also grants a shield equal to 30% of maximum HP.

Its biggest advantage is that it uses an independent cooldown, unlike standard Activators. That gives Meta-humans another emergency recovery option during harder fights.
Note: The Stardust Regulator Memetic Specialization must be unlocked and equipped before the recipe appears.
The Stardust Regulator is crafted with these materials:

Stardust Source can be collected from early and mid-game activities, so it is usually not the hardest part of the recipe. Farm it through these methods:

Electronic Parts come from disassembling specific tech items at the Disassembly Bench. Look for these items while looting POIs:

Refined Detoxident is the difficult ingredient. It is rare and generally appears in high-level medical POIs, especially around Level 45+ areas. Search medicine cabinets, first-aid kits, hospitals, clinics, triage tents, and other medical containers.

Tip: The hospital in the Blackfell Fallen Zone is a strong Refined Detoxident farming spot.
Expect small returns. A full clear of a high-level medical POI may only provide one or two Refined Detoxidents. Containers respawn after four hours, and changing worlds does not refresh them because the item respawn timer is global.
Also, avoid cheating or malicious software to force respawns or add items. The official warning on cheating and malicious software notes that violations can lead to temporary or permanent account bans.
