Building a basic base in Once Human is simple enough: claim territory, place foundations, add walls, and pretend the apocalypse has reasonable zoning laws. Making that base look good or survive PvP pressure takes more planning.
The designs below work best as inspiration rather than strict blueprints. Use the layouts, locations, and material notes as starting points, then adjust them for your own PvE routines, PvP defenses, workshops, gardens, or purification setup.

YouTube creator Kiitarie built a clean modern home that fits PvE players who want a comfortable retreat instead of a turret-covered war box. It is not designed around PvP defense, but it gives Meta-Humans a polished place to return to after scavenging.
Kiitarie shared a material list in the video. The totals may not be perfectly exact, but they should be close to what the build requires:

If one territory is not enough, Potatozieo shows what happens when multiple players combine their space into one giant PvP fort. The build uses four players' territories to create a large defensive compound.
Its position on a plateau gives it natural protection, since attackers have to approach uphill while exposed to fire. Three rows of walls add another layer of defense and make it extremely difficult for outsiders to jump into the compound.
The tradeoff is that defenders inside the fort cannot easily shoot enemies outside from every position. The central command center solves that by giving players better sightlines from several angles, reducing blind spots around the base.

Azzel83 created a cliffside home that blends modern living with the surrounding landscape. It is mainly a PvE design, but the terrain gives it some natural protection because raiders have fewer approach routes near the cliff.
To build it in the same place, head to Broken Delta at coordinates 3273, -6420. The area is also accessible fairly early, since players only need to handle Level 17 hostiles nearby.
Azzel83 lists the required materials as 2,200x Sintered Brick and 1,200x Steel Ingot. The creator also notes that players can customize the design with additions such as workshops, gardens, and purification defenses.

Azzel83 also shared a PvP-focused bunker in another video. This build is meant to endure difficult purifying cortex phases and attacks from other players.
The bunker can be built in Red Sands at coordinates 4,736x -2,182. According to the creator, completing it requires 2,700x Sintered Brick and 600x Steel Ingot.
Its defense starts outside, where multiple turrets pressure attackers before they reach the entrance. If a raider or Deviant gets through that first layer, another turret waits inside. The interior remains flexible, so you can arrange rooms for workstations, helpful deviations, and storage around your own priorities.

Crow Gaming takes the opposite route with a huge mansion that looks more like a luxury retreat than a survival shelter. It includes an indoor pond, a large bedroom, and a bathroom with a massive window facing the outdoors.
Players who want the same location can travel to Red Sands at coordinates 5,739, -1,905. Expect a mid- to late-game material investment, including concrete walls, premium wood ceilings, and marble foundations.
The decorative side also takes work. To place the luxury items shown in the video, Meta-Humans need to find blueprints, formulas, or crafting recipes while exploring the map. It is time-consuming, but finishing it gives you the closest thing Once Human has to executive apocalypse living.
