🖥️ Go to the main page of HolyHosting 🔐

• Go to the main page of HolyHosting <---------. 🔑
• Click on the Clients button, a window with different options will appear.
• Enter the "Client Area"

🧑Log In 👨‍💻 (If you are already logged in, skip this step)

• Log in with your credentials.

🎟️ Find Your Active Tickets 🔎

Is your ticket in progress? Has it been resolved? Check the status of each of your tickets to stay informed! ✅

When you find the tickets section you can see:

• All your tickets
• Their Priority.
• Department.
• Ticket Title
• Last Response.
• Its status
• Reply or Close it.

• You can Reply or Close it with the buttons in the bottom right corner.
