How to Use the Importer on HolyHosting

Hello! In this guide, we’ll walk you through, in a super simple way, how to use the “Importer” feature on HolyHosting.

What is the Importer for?

This tool allows us to transfer all the files from one server to another quickly and easily. You can use it to move files within HolyHosting or from an external host!

How do you use it?

To use this feature, first, log in to the panel of the server where you want to transfer the files. Next, look for the “Importer” feature. Here, you’ll see a few fields that need to be filled out.

The “Host” value can be found by going to the information section of the panel where the files you want to transfer are located. You need to copy the following:

Below this, you’ll find your username, which you also need to copy.

Now, paste these values into the “Host” and “Username” fields on the new panel:

(The password will be the same one you use to log in to the panel)

Click “Test” to check the connection. If everything is entered correctly, the “Import” button will be unlocked. Just click it, and the file transfer will begin.(You can also select an option to delete existing files on the new server)

You’ll see the following screen for a few minutes, depending on the size of the files being transferred:
