How to Join a Conan Exiles Server

Conan Exiles is a game primarily focused on online multiplayer, where most of the gameplay allows you to grow stronger to dominate your enemies. While the game has a single-player mode, it is best experienced with other players.

Exiles. Whether the server is open to all players or exclusive to a few, joining a Conan Exiles server is very easy with HolyHosting. Today we will show you some ways to join your server.

Getting the IP

Go to your HolyHosting server panel and then log in.

From this page, scroll down to the IP Address:Port section.Conan Join IP

Copy the IP and port from the right side, we will need it shortly.

You can now proceed to join the game using the IP!

Connecting via Steam

Make sure the Conan Exiles application is closed on your computer.

From the HolyHosting Panel page, locate the IP Address:Port section.

Below the address, find and press the Connect with Steam button.Conan Join Steam

If a browser popup appears, choose to open Steam.

(Optional) If prompted, enter the server password in the Steam window and then connect.

Conan Exiles will now launch, automatically connecting to your server.

Joining In-Game

It is also possible to join directly using the in-game server browser:

Launch Conan Exiles, then press Play Online.

Once loaded, find and use the Direct Connect button on the bottom screen.

When prompted, enter your server address in the top text field.Conan Join Direct Connect

If needed, enter the server password in the second text field.

When ready, press the "Ok" button to start connecting to the server.

Common Issues:

Error when trying to join the requested game:

This error usually appears if you try to join from the Connect with Steam button on the panel while the game is running. To avoid this error, make sure the game is completely closed before pressing the button.

Connection timed out! Could not find the server error:

This is a generic error that can appear when trying to connect to a server. The most common cause is that the server is not online, so make sure Conan Exiles has started on the panel before trying to connect.
