Once in your panel, enter the Support tab. This is where you can manage your tickets and see previous responses. Then click the "Contact" button

Click on the "Create Ticket" button. This is where you can describe your problem or question. Don't forget to be as detailed as possible so we can help you quickly. ✍️

Here you must select the type of problem you are facing. It can be:

• Technical Support: For technical inquiries about the use of our services.
• General Inquiries: About our services.
• Billing: Inquiries related to billing and payments.

Choose a title and fill in the "Details" section with your problem. You can also attach images in the "Attachments" section

Once you have completed everything, click on "Open Ticket" and that's it, our support will respond as soon as possible!📬
