📝 Steps to Cancel a Service 🛑
⚠️ Important: Canceling an Active Subscription via PayPal
If you have an active subscription with us through PayPal, we recommend canceling the automatic payments from your account settings. This will prevent funds from being withdrawn automatically. If you need help, we’ve provided a link that explains how to cancel an active subscription.
1️⃣ Go to the HolyHosting homepage 🖥️
2️⃣ Navigate to the “Client Area” 🖥️
3️⃣ Log in if necessary 👨💻.
Enter your credentials to access your account.
4️⃣ Locate the “Services” section.📱
Here you’ll see the following service statuses:
Active
Pending
Suspended
Cancelled
Click on the service you want to cancel, then click “Manage.”
5️⃣Cancelling the Service 🛑😔
In this tab, you can manage your service, view upcoming invoices, renewal dates, and more.
To cancel:
Click the “Cancel Options” button.
You can choose to cancel the service at the end of the term or immediately. You can also provide a reason for your cancellation.
