If you have an active subscription with us through PayPal, we recommend canceling the automatic payments from your account options. This way, you will avoid having funds automatically deducted. If you need help, we have left a link that explains how to cancel an active subscription.

How to cancel a subscription on PayPal

1️⃣ Go to the main page of HolyHosting <-------🖥️

2️⃣ Navigate to the "Client Area" 🖥️

3️⃣ Log in if necessary👨‍💻. 

• Log in with your credentials.
  

4️⃣ Find the "Services" section​📱

Once you enter the client area, you need to find the "Services" tab where you can see the following services:

• Active.
• Pending.
• Suspended.
• Cancelled.
• Click on the service you want to cancel.
• Then Click on "Manage"

5️⃣Cancelling the Service🛑😔​

In this tab, you can manage your service, see upcoming invoices, renewal date, etc.

To cancel:

• Click on the button "Cancel Options"
