Thanksgiving in ARK usually means boosted rates, themed cosmetics, dangerous turkeys, and at least one survivor learning that poultry can be a boss fight. ARK: Turkey Trial 7 was expected to continue that seasonal pattern for ARK: Survival Evolved.

Like ARK's Easter and summer events, Turkey Trial adds temporary seasonal content to the game. Players can expect Thanksgiving-themed creatures, items, event colors, cosmetics, and boosted server rates while the event is active.
At the time of writing, Studio Wildcard had not announced the official ARK: Turkey Trial 7 dates. The best estimate came from earlier Turkey Trial schedules.
Previous event windows were:
Except for Turkey Trial 3, most Thanksgiving events began during the third week of November and lasted around one to two weeks. Based on that history, Turkey Trial 7 was likely to start between November 20 and November 24, then end during the first week of December. Those dates remained speculative until an official Studio Wildcard announcement.
The next Turkey Trial was expected to bring back content from earlier events. The previous event lineup gives a strong idea of what players could watch for.
Note: Players can still buy Thanksgiving-exclusive items through the Hexagon Exchange even when the event is not active.
Players running single-player or self-hosted ARK: Survival Evolved servers can enable Turkey Trial manually with this server parameter: -activeevent=TurkeyTrial.
Some event bonuses and items may not appear exactly as they did during official live event windows, especially when activating older seasonal content manually.
