¿Cómo manejamos la facturación?
Puedes ahorrar dinero en todos los servicios pagando varios meses por adelantado. Trimestral 5% OFF, Semestral 10% OFF, Anual 15% OFF
Contamos con un sistema de facturación automatizado, una vez el sistema verifique el pago se entregará tu servicio automáticamente vía email.
Las facturas se generan automaticamente por el sistema 7 días antes de que venza tu periodo de pago.
Una vez tu servicio sea suspendido, tienes 7 días para pagarlo. En caso de que no realices el pago, todos los archivos relacionados al mismo serán removidos de nuestra infraestructura.
En caso de que no recibamos el pago al día de vencimiento de tu factura, el servicio relacionado será suspendido automáticamente, más sin embargo puedes re-activarlo pagando la factura correspondiente.
¿Cómo manejamos Reembolsos y Cancelaciones?
Si no estás satisfecho con tu compra, puedes pedir un reembolso dentro de las 24hs luego del pago inicial
Si tienes en mente cancelar tu servicio recuerda hacerlo antes de que comience el nuevo periodo de pago, ¡una vez comience no puedes pedir cancelación de ese período!
Una vez tu servidor sea cancelado o reembolsado, todos los archivos relacionados serán eliminados de la infraestructura de HolyHosting, ¡Recuerda siempre hacer backups!
¿Qué actividades están prohibidas en nuestra infraestructura?
Toda actividad que sea considerada ilegal está prohibida en nuestra infraestructura. Puedes contactarnos para corroborar si la actividad que vas a realizar está permitida.
Nos reservamos el derecho a suspender, sin aviso previo a quienes intenten realizar actividades ilícitas en nuestra infraestructura.
¿Qué datos guarda HolyHosting de sus clientes?
Nunca venderemos ni redistribuiremos la información personal de nuestros clientes, y solo la utilizaremos para mejorar la calidad de nuestro servicio.
Una vez tu servicio sea terminado, todos los archivos relacionados se eliminaran de nuestra infraestructura de manera segura.

By registering, purchasing hosting, or using the site, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Your Account
a. We reserve the full right to terminate your account at any time, with or without given notice. Your account will be terminated if you are found in violation of any of these terms.
b. When ordering a server, or any other service from HolyHosting, you are only renting the server. All services remain the property of HolyHosting.
a. Services ordered from HolyHosting will not be activated until payment has been received, and verified to not be fraudulent. In most cases, payment verification is automatic but may require manual review in rare circumstances.
b. Failure to make a payment within 0 days after an invoice is due, will result in that service being suspended.
c. Failure to make a payment within 7 days after an invoice is due, will result in complete termination of that service. Once a service is terminated, it may not be re-activated, and data cannot be recovered.
d. Any chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will result in your account being immediately terminated.
a. In order to cancel your services, you must issue a cancellation request within our billing area at https://holy.gg. Additionally, you must manually cancel any active PayPal subscriptions that were created when ordering your service. We do not have access to deduct funds from your PayPal account, and will not be held responsible for automated payments made via a subscription.
a. We offer a 24-hours money-back guarantee, for services cancelled within 24 hours of the initial order. Refunds must be requested, and only the first payment made on service is covered by this guarantee. If a service has been active for more than 24 hours, none of the payments made on the service is eligible to be refunded.
b. Any refunds for services older than 24 hours will be issued at our sole discretion. Problems can typically be resolved by contacting customer support.
c. If your account is terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service, a refund will not be provided.
5. Service Availability
a. We make reasonable efforts to ensure services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for as long as you have paid for them. Sometimes, however, for a number of reasons, services may be unavailable to you. You recognize and acknowledge that on occasion, an event will occur causing services will be unavailable. We make no representation or warranty that our services will be uninterrupted. With that being said, we will non-stop work to get your services avaible in any case of interruption.
a. Servers may only be used for the services they were intended and you may not install or use unauthorized third party programs. We do not provide technical assistance, and will not be held responsible, for any third party software uploaded to our services. Unauthorized usage, such as attempting to access or interfere with other clients data, will result in the suspension of your services.
b. You may not purposely bypass any limits or restrictions that your service is provisioned with, such as user slots, RAM limits, or CPU restrictions. Attempting to modify or bypass any usage restrictions will result in the suspension of your services
c. Your usage must be reasonable and should not place excessive burdens on our hardware or available resources. You may not interfere with the services we provide to other customers. In rare situations, we may place restrictions on your services in the event that your usage interferes with the services provided to other customers.
7. Legal Obligations
a. We do not allow any kind of hacking or any illegal activities in any of our servers. We reserve the right to permanently blacklist clients from our company who break this rule. By "hacking or illegal activities" we mean, but not limited to, any kind of hacking, cracking, VPN hosting, crypto minning, scrapping, phishing, denial-of-service (DDoS). If you do have any questions related to this please contact us via ticket. Remember that the examples mentioned before are not exact, and there might be other prohibited activities that are not listed. You also must not redistribute any kind of illegal content.
b. We will fight any attempt of phishing to our website by reporting it to the authorities, and we will do all of our best to save our clients.
a. will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control.
b. reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services at any time and without notice.
c. Due to the nature of the services we provide, there may be issues such as but not limited to, performance impacts, data corruption, data loss, and lag. These issues are out of our control and are not the result of our hardware or network. We are not liable for these issues, although a reasonable effort will be made to assist you with any problems you may experience.
11. Our Site
a. We cannot assure that the site is completely free from exploits. If a user is caught exploiting any area of https://holy.gg, their account will be permanently terminated.
b. We reserve the right to modify any of the information on the site at any given time.
a. We will only use our users data for bringing the best service possible. This includes and is actually limited to geo-translations, email marketing (which might be disabled at any time by clicking cancel subscription on the email), and other marketing measures. We will not sell, or distribute any of our client data, or use it in any malicious way.
b. HolyHosting will not ever save any kind of files regarding to our users services. We will only access to our clients services files/datawhen support is needed, and always with the client knowledge, only for support purposals.
12. Governing laws
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
