Below you will find a step by step guide on how to change the icon and MOTD of a Minecraft server:
To change the server icon:
1. Find an image you want to use as the server icon. This image must be a PNG file and be 64x64 pixels in size. Make sure it is exactly this size and that it is PNG, otherwise it will not work.
2. Rename the image to "server-icon.png".
3. Open the control panel of your server and look for the "Files".
4. Click on "Upload" and select the "server-icon.png" file that you just renamed.
5. Once the file has been uploaded, restart the server for the new icon to be displayed.

To change the server MOTD:
1. Open the control panel of your server and look for the "Files".
2. Open the "server.properties" file and look for the "motd".
3. Change the value after "motd=" to the message you want to use as the server MOTD. In the video tutorial we explain how to design it with colors!

4. Save the changes in the file and restart the server for the new MOTD to be displayed.

Keep in mind that some plugins may have additional options to change the server icon and MOTD, but these are the general steps you should follow to do it on any Minecraft server.
