Requirement
Server icons must be 64x64 pixels in size and saved as a PNG file.
Note: Server icons support partial transparency in images.
How to Add a Server Icon to a Minecraft Server
Prepare the server icon image.
Rename the image to server-icon.png.
Note: If Windows file extensions are disabled, simply rename it to server-icon.
Keep the file handy for later use in the tutorial.
Log in to your HolyHosting panel.
Stop the server.
Go to the File tab on the left.
Upload the .png.
Start the server.

How to Resize a Server Icon for a Minecraft Server
Open the server icon image in Paint.
In the Home tab, select Resize.
Choose the Pixels option.
Enter 64 for both the Horizontal and Vertical fields.
Go to the File tab and select Save as > PNG picture.
Enter server-icon and click Save.
