🧵 Why was my server migrated?
Was it a manual or automatic decision?
Sometimes we migrate servers to a new node at the client's request, especially when looking to improve latency (ping) for all players. However, most migrations are done automatically by our intelligent load balancing system. This system analyzes the performance of each node in real time and, if it detects that one might become overloaded soon, it moves server(s) to the least congested node available within the same location. Will I lose anything from being migrated?
No, you will not lose anything. Migrations are performed when no players are connected, and all your server configurations —files, plugins, worlds and settings— remain exactly the same. The only thing that changes is the physical node, which can even improve performance without you noticing any difference in the overall operation of your server. Will this happen often?
Our system is designed to avoid frequent migrations; it will only activate if it is truly necessary. In most cases, your server will remain stable on the new node for a long time. And if for any reason you experience a problem after a migration, you can contact us by opening a ticket and we will be happy to help you.
✨ Conclusion
These automatic migrations are part of our commitment to providing you with a stable, fast and high-quality service. Thanks to this system, your server will always have access to the best available resources, ensuring a smoother gaming experience for you and your players.

Cheers!!
