Gamerules: Customize Your Minecraft Server
Gamerules control many aspects of gameplay and provide server owners with extensive customization options, allowing them to tailor the experience to their preferences and play style.
Gamerule Commands
How to Set a Gamerule Value

How to Get the Current Gamerule Value

<rule_name>: The specific gamerule you want to view or modify.
<value>: The value you want to assign. Most often, this is a boolean (true or false), though some gamerules accept numbers.
Each command must be executed from the Admin/OP chat in-game or directly from the server console.
Important Note for Bedrock Servers
When using the Bedrock server console, do not include the /. Including it will generate the following error:
Unknown command: /.
Please check that the command exists and that you have permission to use it.
Example Usage in the Holy Server Console (Java)
To manage the fallDamage gamerule in the console:
Get the current value:
gamerule fallDamage
Set a new value:
gamerule fallDamage false
